Mark Brady has dedicated more than 25 years to the insurance industry, building a reputation for experience, integrity, and putting clients first. He began his career with Farmer Insurance, where he quickly established himself as a top-performing agent. In 2002, Mark was recognized as a Top Agent and earned multiple appearances in the prestigious Toppers Club throughout his career.

In 2011, Mark founded The Pick Insurance with a vision centered around flexibility, service, and doing what is best for every client who walks through the door. He embraced the independent agency model because it allowed him to focus on finding the right coverage for each individual and family. regardless of the carrier. His commitment to helping people and creating a welcoming, client-focused environment continues to shape the agency today.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and wife while continuing to pursue and grow in his faith.

David Guthrie leads operations and sales with a client-first approach built on trust, responsiveness, and real-world industry experience. As General Manager of Operations and Sales, David oversees agency growth, customer relationships, and day-to-day business operations while helping clients find insurance solutions that fit their needs and protect what matters most.

A local Oregon native, David has always been driven by hard work, leadership, and a competitive mindset. He pursued his dream of playing football at the highest level, earning the opportunity to play Division I football at the University of New Mexico, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts. Following college, David went on to represent Team USA on the international stage and was voted team captain of the 2015 World Championship team. The same discipline, accountability, and hands-on leadership style that shaped his athletic career continue to drive him today — both professionally and personally.
